Mosaic Squares
This is the picture I'm going to use
Step 1- Open the image and right click on the layer in the layer palette,
select Duplicate Layer.
Step 2- There now should be 2 layers.
Step 2- Select the layer on top and then go to Filters > Pixelate >
Mosaic, and the set how big you want the squares to be.
Step 3- Now change the opacity of the layer on top.
Step 4- It then will look something like this.
Step 5- Use the easer tool to get rid of the bits you don't want the
mosaic to be on.
Step 6- This is my final result.
